Contact by phone (the Lord confirmed that it was his mistake) but the receipt must be returned. It's hard! Post office, stamps, queue, etc. It doesn't matter, I have time. But asking yourself for three months, on average every two weeks, to send an invoice is a shame. Each time, of course, full assurance that the invoice will be sent today. She is not here until today.
