I always come back to Trikom whether it is a computer failure, purchase or hardware update. The gentlemen are professional and nice, the service is great. I have never been disappointed - I sincerely recommend it.

Professional service. I have been a client of Trikom for 15 years. Shopping from regular CDs, recorders, printers, computers, TVs and other items was not a problem. The equipment was always optimally adjusted to my needs. I also had a situation when buying a laptop, where I wanted a better disk with memory to install, the guys offered me a fast disk for the price of what we had previously agreed. I could buy such a disc at a higher price, but customer satisfaction and further cooperation resulted in a mutual smile on our faces. When I buy equipment from boys, I know that I can always turn to a problem that will be solved. If they cannot help themselves, they send the equipment to the company service (action with ASUS) I do not remember any unpleasant comments or the lack of willingness to help explain the ambiguity. Another advantage is eTraper, which binds purchases and at the same time extends the range. Leaving money in Trikoma, I know that apart from good equipment at an attractive price, I have professional service. I recommend Trikom and eTraper. Two in one, but they form one whole

Total unprofessionalism, I came with my son's laptop to be repaired and repaired, and after two weeks it does not work again .. It is also worth paying attention to the fact that the owner is not overly optimistic. I do not recommend

Absolute TRAGEDIA, the laptop has already been "repaired" in this place once, but after less than a month it completely stopped turning on, they kept it for over a month, they did not answer the phone, supposedly only the tape had to be replaced. Okay maybe it got replaced, it took MORE THAN A MONTH AND MY LAPTOP STILL NOT WORKING. THE LOAD HAS STOPPED AND THE PROGRAMS ARE NOT RUNNING.
