Hello. The place always seemed friendly but after the last situation I have to change my mind, I bought a bracelet for my fiancee, unfortunately I did not hit the taste, it turned out that you can not exchange for anything else because the product was bought before the end of the year and the ladies are already after the inventory. What? Every customer has the right to a refund or exchange within a specified period. The explanation is out of place and ridiculous at the same time. You have ignored the topic and say that everything is in order, profit-oriented and nothing more.
