Hello and I respect everyone interested in working with this pitiful company. I wanted to cooperate with Tomex or Sromex should rather be called it. I wanted a supplier of cured meat products made using traditional methods without chemical additives, etc. I got an offer which I posted on my website and in the meantime the owner undertook to provide me with the composition of their products. Unfortunately, after 2 weeks of calling and asking for it I heard (I don't even know from whom because every now and then someone else answers and the only contact number is the number on the store so it is not known if you are talking to the cleaner, saleswoman or butcher) that it is strange that I ask about such things because nobody normally requires it ... Well, my hands fell down like k ... no one requires people buy goods, they probably want to know what's inside. Trying to somehow keep my nerves at bay, I wrote the last e-mail with a request for contact in which I explained that I am waiting until now, ie until 4:00 pm, any answer on their part, otherwise I will treat them as they deserve, that is, I will issue an adequate opinion their attitudes, what I am doing here. I categorically advise against any cooperation with this "company" because such treatment does not deserve new customers. In addition, I believe that they apply a non-fair sales policy because if someone defends themselves with their arms and legs before providing the facts of their sausages, I think that they do it on purpose and cheat people by misleading them about the content of chemistry in their products. Ps. I gave one star because, unfortunately, negative ratings can not be issued, which is a pity.
