Hello the customer service is terrible especially by the one working in the travel agent who is not polite, mean and not trying to help. When she asks questions about the offer, of course, Agnieszka answers the questions with great grace. He honestly does not act to win a client. I will not go to this office more, unless the service changes its approach to the client or I will be served by someone else. Best wishes
