I received an explanation that he sees a dog on the property and does not come in fear of being bitten. Strange translation, because he came in repeatedly seeing the dog. I think that he is often in a hurry and prefers to leave information about the parcel without entering the property. Comfortable! There were no such problems with the previous delivery agent.
