We purchased a package for two for a weekend including all meals, room, spa and a welcome bottle of house red wine. I was so tired on our arrival day that I fell asleep before I was able to drink a glass of the welcome wine. Middle of the night I accidentally push the glass down from the night stand. To clean this, hotel tried to charge 500 zlotys extra! Which is about 50% of what our stay cost in the first place. The reception lied that they have the hotel full, and the need to close the room for cleaning, but we checked that they have rooms available online, and the hotel was not full the entire weekend - AND if they give red wine to their quests in the room, they must have had cleaned red wine before. The stay was pleasant otherwise, but this lying and trying to rob your quests at the end really ruined the atmosphere.
Visited today with our family. Very lovely place, highly recommend. Good food. Dog friendly.
Wonderful palace and gardens
We went there with a film crew for a dinner and were served even though it was already very late and we turned up without a booking. Great service and food.
Ideal place to rest for mind and body. Beautiful landscape hidden there where not many walks.
