I was there in 2016, great place for fishermen and nature lovers from the kayak perspective, a lot of different species of birds, there is a place to canoe, lakes to the right, lakes to the left. Nice house, fully equipped kitchen, TV was a bit archaic;). The owner was very nice and helpful. I am writing my comment a bit late but I am going there this summer and it motivated me: D I definitely recommend it. Well, I'm after the holidays (August 2020), therefore I am adding a few new photos;)

A charming, quiet and peaceful place. You can go fishing (after obtaining a permit). The drawback is the need to pay for the whole house (400 / day for a large and 300 / day for small), regardless of the number of people plus electricity consumption. The nearest shop in Chobienice or in Babimost.
