I was happy until I wanted to exchange Integra points for prizes for the second time. I waited a scandalous time for the first time. The second time after the MONTHS of waiting, I learned that when ordering I had an inactive card (3 months not used). In the regulations they write that after 12 months ago. A month ago I saw that on the copy of the order the ladies wrote "completed" ... Who completed? Because I do not.
