The Big Star chain of stores is a total misunderstanding, the people who work here do not have a penny of commitment. Tragic complaint procedure, I do not recommend using various types of promotion in this network, in my example, I bought two pairs of trousers in the promotion of the second pair for 10% of the value. After six months, the pants rubbed at the connection of the back pocket with the rest of the material. A complaint was made. Best of all, the complaint was accepted. In the content of the complaint, I demanded a replacement for a new model, while Big Star wanted to return the money. I got an SMS from the store that the complaint is considered positively and invite you to the store. My surprise was even greater when it turned out that I only had PLN 20 to be returned. Because according to the store, I bought these pants for that, I insisted again that I wanted the pants to be replaced with new ones without defects. The store began to defend itself that this model of pants is no longer in stock (the Big Star online store has these pants in its offer all the time), after 3 visits to the store, each time I wanted to return my pants (the damaged ones), there was a claim that their they do not have, they were sent to the headquarters (the topic continues from February 2020) and I am horrified to come from the partisan to the store and the pants are in the warehouse and no one has bothered to call and inform me that I can pick them up, I will give the pants to the seamstress and fix it for me PLN 30, for a company such as Big Star that they cannot afford to settle the matter with the client amicably, no cost for them - they admitted selling defective goods ... I honestly advise against shopping at Big Star

Hopeless staff have to ask for someone to come over and serve you, of course with a big problem. and dislike of the client.

I do not recommend.
