I ordered an electric service but I did not like the way it was made and I had to pay - SKANDAL !!!

I encountered such a lack of professionalism for the first time. We would have ordered a simple multiroom decoder connection service. By phone, the cost was given to us up to PLN 150. Two employees were sent who unfortunately did not know what to do, then it turned out that they did not have such a drill, cable and something else so we agreed to the next day. The men came and it started .... I regret that I didn't record because it was suitable for the "Fault" program or something like that. After a long time, the gentlemen called for help from a colleague who, using a cell phone in his hand, searching the Internet, advised them what to do. In the end it seemed to work !! After attention 5 hours !!! But gentlemen have announced that decoders may jam, some programs may not work etc. But how? Since everything worked (mutliroom too) without any problems not long ago. The gentlemen claimed that the antenna dish because in HD programs and other such interesting ideas ... then they wrapped up and issued a bill ... attention ... PLN 390. Because it turned out that it was forgotten to mention that the men are canceling in two hours for two people PLN 60 :) and it does not matter what they are doing at that time, or even knowing what they are doing .... In this way, we lost half the day, a good amount (for connecting a decoder), the ability to watch tv on any decoder and we didn't even receive any confirmation of payment .... If you are letting employees who are learning, you can take responsibility for them. I would write more but try to hold back. And beware .... I live in the city center so there should be no problem with the signal;) ​​even in HD 😁 I called yesterday evening informing that the set-top boxes hang terribly, most programs don't work and you can't actually watch TV. I heard that it is certainly the fault of the snow which has fallen (although it did not work as it should with assembly men and I was already paying attention to them then). When I asked to come again and fix what they did because I could really watch TV and now I can't do it on any decoder, the employee said that he would call the boss and immediately call back and of course he did not call back. I have never seen anything like this .... The amount is set at 150max, bill 390. Task to connect a multiroom decoder effect no possibility to watch tv on any decoder. Massacre
