Lipa ... Maybe the plans were good ... but when employing Ukrainians the company lost and the Ukrainians are leaving every now and then .... One must remember one thing. Overexertness, constant checking on the GPS, which way the driver is going ... why the highway ??? and not by side roads ... ??? - all this leads to the breakdown of the staff and the entire company. Cars and semi-trailers will stand in a fairly damaged time and semi-trailers are a tragedy ... Pros: The crew in the Contact Office and drivers go a lot on hand .... payouts every week or, if necessary, an advance ... Minuses technical condition of semi-trailers and cars , for long journeys of two, three or more weeks, i.e. illegal pauses of TIR drivers (45 hours outside the country, not at home with the family. The driver does not really rest) - and extortion in this direction. However, I advise against it. There are normal companies so better go elsewhere
