We went to this area for an ancestry trip. We loved the Hel Peninsula! The Hotel Jastarnia was terrific. The people were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were amazing.....
Food is bad, spa is small and horrible. a The rooms are not nice. I don’t recommend this hotel, it sucks.
Clean rooms & friendly staff. I would have given 5 stars for the hotel itself but since we live in a modern internet society, I believe the management of hotel Jastarnia should take care of their website. It is not in English and for non-Polish speakers, it is pretty impossible to understand the content.
Additional, it would be great if there is a bit more information about the package the hotel offers. Here I mean the breakfast & dinner options, or so-called half pension. When we booked it we didn't know what exactly was included in - whether breakfast/resp. dinner/ was buffet or a served meal. It is nice to know, so you don't book the wrong thing.
Hotel looks good at the front. Inside is nice too, bright and fresh. Rooms have minimalistic look, but furnished with taste. Breakfasts are really tasty, with local products.
Be careful, when you want use SPA, somebody can book all zone exclusively so better ask about it before. Other beauty treatments are paid, and you must reserved it before (we was at the weekend, and its no chance to get something). The beds are semi comfortable.
