Based on our own experience, we definitely do not recommend cooperation with a contractor. Not being able to read with understanding cannot be an excuse for threatening and threatening the contractor with libel. An unusual situation in which a contractor threatens to defame him in order to gain benefit from consumer rights that he (the entrepreneur) does not have. There is never a positive result from such negative narratives. It is a waste of life and time on such toxic business relationships.
