If it were possible to rate as ZERO, I would definitely do it. The company did nothing at all with the printer. I left a Canon printer there, the Pixma IP7250 model with errors and jamming during printing. You had 30 days for really this equipment. Days passed, weeks passed, and neither news nor a trace of my printer. I had to find out everything by phone myself, and the Lord who answered the phone and talked to me sounded as if he were tired of my questions. The time has passed, when the supposedly the printer was to be repaired and already with irritation and disappointment I went to the printer, in which attention! Nothing was repaired ... Therefore, if she was to be idle with them, let her be idle at home, since that service could not cope with these errors. I rate the store's service at 1, because I did not have any contact with them. I had to ask for everything and call myself. And I am not a prophet, Isaiah, to know what is happening to her. If the gentlemen in the world simply could not cope with these errors, then it was human to communicate that they do not repair Canon printers, because they are, for example, specific and difficult to repair. I would understand this and avoid unnecessary waste of time on both sides. About the fact that two black inks from the printer have disappeared - difficult, they were not expensive. I am not accusing anyone of theft, although they were full. I am sorry to have to give such a shameful opinion. About training and conversation with the client, please train and think if you would like to be treated like me :)
