When I bought smoked herring a few weeks ago, the owner said that only fresh herring had no bones. And so it was, tasty and fresh. When I bought herring again a few days ago, it was full of bones and other fish were full of water 👎
A great smokehouse. Fresh and juicy fish. The gentlemen know what they are doing, they are friendly and will be happy to advise you. Rating 10/10. To this day, we remember the taste of these wonderful prepared fish, even the children ate what is rare. By far the best smokehouse in the area. We highly recommend it.
