The human approach to tourists passes. A kind of commune encourages visitors to visit attractions, and the guard, seeing a car with other metal plates at the cultural center, bangs a ticket. There is nothing to visit because you can earn 100 zlotys in a mandate. In addition, the paid parking mark is set so wisely that you cannot see it when calling the parking lot. There should be a sign on the shore with a marked PARKING PAID and here is some paranoia and special attracting tourists. Poor promotion for STEGNA

I have no idea why this institution is established in this commune. Phone busy all the time, no contact. The gentlemen hide in the holes, instead of keeping the parking lots tidy, they chase the locals. It is a pity for the taxpayers' money, and the income for the commune could ease the pocket of our entrepreneurs. I do not greet the authorities of the Stegna commune.

1, because you can't give zero. Ignorance, explaining the lack of people, etc. The guard was set up about 9-10 years ago. Nothing has changed. The situation in Jantar looks even worse now, so from my position as a taxpayer, nothing has improved, and even worse. It is a pity for money per unit, which in such a commune should be very profitable.
