During the holiday season, where there are a lot of travelers, only one window is open !!! Massacre ... a line for 15 minutes .. it probably shouldn't be standard ....

I had to file a complaint, a complaint to Warsaw; where I was admitted and apologized. Stegny said no one even said sorry for the nasty things that they deliberately did to me! The courier is OK.
