The case is filed, and apparently the bank is insured against all thefts, not just stolen. There are more people like me. Watch out !!

But when you open an account, waiting is one thing, but the process itself is a real horror with dragons in the background. I am glad that any bank has customer service standards and the lady at the desk wants to explain everything but not everyone has the time to do it. (I did not have). The other minus is not picking up the phone during the so-called discuss the matter. Waiting for a week to respond, calling every other day, only contact with the cental something went into the matter. And basically that's it, so there really is not a tragedy. It is annoying that the grandmothers are sitting next to them and doing 'nothing'. You can stand in line for over an hour at the cash desk to deposit money. There are supposedly three windows for deposits and withdrawals, but there is almost always one open. Since there is a 'deposits / withdrawals' sign, why do they open accounts there until clearly narrow? And then one of the other waits in the queue, because the grandmothers open their account at the cash desk, instead of sending those who have no clients for loans next to them. One lady is especially not nice. Neither good morning will answer nor anything. She is already standing at her counter, and she finishes the previous transaction, and I still wait for you to ask me to the counter before I come over, because one time I got a scold from her that 'she didn't prefer me to come over, but let you stand already' .
