Mr. Salesman too busy texting to answer "good morning" and with great grace came to the cash register to serve me as he had to stop writing. -.-

The service is simply tragic, especially the two people working there. The lady (blonde) did not answer my question at all because she was busy eating a hot dog in the same gloves in which she later served customers, challenged me instead of answering something that I as a customer may not have a clue about, then another friend came ( small with glasses) who said that I am a fat pig and I am supposed to drink from the store .... I have never, but never encountered such a situation in ANY store

The service is simply sensational. Everyone, especially the two people working there. The lady (kind blonde) answers every client question because she doesn't waste time eating hot dogs. Compliments and does not challenge customers, just answers every question. Later, there is always a friend of a very nice lady who praises clients and invites everyone again. I have NEVER encountered such sensational service in any Żabka, I highly recommend it!
