This UP is a massacre. The package sent on December 1, 3 was transferred to Wejherowo and the track broke off. After a few interventions, complaints and calls to the central hotline, I get a text message that today the courier will deliver the package (with a week's delay!). The whole day of waiting for the courier and sms after 16 that the package is available for collection at the UP! These are some eggs. Despite more than 40 attempts to contact the office, this mission was unsuccessful. The signal is there - no one is picking up. I understand that they have a lot of work before Christmas, but for pity - a little understanding and trying to put into their own work.
I do not fully understand what the contact number for the post office is for. Despite MANY attempts to reach the office during working hours, it failed. Nobody calls back, there is no contact with the courier, and the package, which has been in the office since yesterday 18/11 at 2:30 pm, will probably not be delivered today. If I could, I would give ZERO as a grade. I am sorry that nowadays there are still so sluggish and unprofessional employees and companies.
This post office is a mockery, the parcel received at the office on 16/11 at 2 p.m. we have 17/11 and even messages from the courier or post when they deliver it, i.e. I have to sit at home 24/24 and wait for a benevolent one because I have no other activities :( it turns out that the courier was there, but no one was there ...
Terrible mail, incompetent, delivery is a great xD, a kicked package is a plus, pick up at a long point (even without a queue)
