Very poor customer service. No organisation at all. Staff very rude. I was waiting 1 week for someone to pick up my package. Every time they was giving me stupid excuses when they didnt show up or cancel pick up. Never heard sorry only rude answers for my questions. I wouldn't recommend at all.

Worst company ever dealt with bunch of criminals

I do not recommend this company to anyone. Total lack of professionalism. On 20/12/2020, together with my fiancé, we went on a journey with this company to Poland. First of all, no information about the itinerary, no one informed us that we would first travel around England for 11 hours to deliver parcels (I understand that the company deals with parcels, but someone could have told us how it looks and how long it takes). Breaks just like the driver and his friend needed. My friend still wanted cigarettes from us because, as he said - he doesn't smoke because he doesn't, but if someone wants to ... There is a stench in the bus, dirt ... They don't obey any hygiene rules or social distance. Eurotunnel was closed that day. We drove to a nearby petrol station. When it turned out that we would not drive the driver for at least 48 hours (we were 3 buses in total), they had a drink. They didn't care about their luggage and packages. They stood and drank vodka to the best, then got into the bus and went to sleep. A friend of the driver told us that we would easily get the refund back, just call them, while the driver, as it turned out, Mr. Piotr (president / boss) under the influence of alcohol said that he would give the money back, but only a transfer is possible because he does not have so much money. Of course, we have called this pseudo boss many times, but he will avoid giving the money back, explaining that as he said he was drunk and now there is definitely no chance for a refund, besides he said that they waited 24 hours and then drove normally. Me and my fiancé, thinking about our health, decided to return home. We were afraid because we stayed there with drunk drivers who did not care about the people who were driving with them. No liability whatsoever. I will not mention the fact that they talk about the contents of the packages all the time and that they would like to open them because there is probably something cool inside. As for me, these types are some slippery guys for whom only money matters and nothing else, it is really sad to see how a man is not a man for a man.

Nie polecam,w biurze każdy mówi co innego, kierowcy totalne nieporozumienie,o okradaniu paczek czytałam że takie zdarzenia były.Mam nadzieję że każdy kto będzie miał zamiar skorzystać z usług tej firmy przeczyta najpierw komentarze które mnie zszokowały,jeszcze nigdy nie widziałam tylu krytycznych komentarzy.

Today at At 6.00 am I was supposed to receive a package from Poland from my parents. A driver called me and informed me that he was already waiting ...!? I go outside the house I look around and I say no car I don't know I also have the light on in front of the house so that it would be easier to find, then I hear it: .... maybe you 100 m and I will look for it. I replied that the service is door-to-door ... and I heard quotes from it: well then please go to the office and pick up the package yourself ... because I can't find the address. Lack of personal culture / profanity / lack of any willingness to Help on the part of the driver .... And so now I'm going to war ... besides, trying to call the numbers from the company, no response whatsoever. Give this company a wide berth.
