Hello. I advise you to be careful with this carrier. I have been using their services for years and it was ok but recently something has happened in this company. The old drivers were really ok but the new ones unfortunately not. A week ago, my family sent me a package. The driver, after leaving the car, put his hand out first and told Kasiora, which was unthinkable before, but ok. His next words were customs officers took Russian tobacco. The problem was that the tobacco was not Russian, but Polish and if they took it, they would take everything, not just some. He did not have any document that something had been taken and the suitcase contained all my data, so there would be someone to issue a document to. I called them. When the lady heard what was going on, she started to attack me and did not let me speak, she finally said that she would report it to the management and they would contact me during the week, unfortunately it did not happen. So I called again today. The lady told me briefly. He quotes: I don't care if they have contacted you or not and please don't call me anymore. The second thing is how they transport the animals. There were two small cages, in one there were guinea pigs but I don't know what was in the other because it was dark but the cages on these luggage were lying sideways and to get the suitcase for me, the driver took these cages out and then he just threw them upstairs, it was really not cool so to say.
