Lack of punctuality above all. Promises like "tomorrow will be ready and fixed" can be put between cartoons, you have to wait, you don't know how many. There is no one in the workshop to find out when the car will be ready (it was to be ready yesterday) and to get through it is a miracle to have to be, because I am ignored and rejected all the time. It was enough to pick up and apologize that something had fallen out and unfortunately the car is still not repaired.
