Dishes on a hot plate very good, although I have found better ones in the area, fried in soybean oil so delicately cut that the meat is delicately added, e.g. beef is slightly pink, but not at all raw. There are no such revelations here, but the seasoning is great, recently a new young cook has appeared, it is a bit weaker, but the owner is already years old.
