The lady at the post office misled me by saying that the package would reach the recipient the next day, which I really wanted. I paid a lot of money for it and the parcel did not arrive the next day because, as it turns out, they have 48 hours, not 24 as you told me at the post office. If I knew it would be like that, I would send the package elsewhere and at least it would be cheaper. Same time of delivery. Now it would be appropriate to submit a complaint to this Lady that introduced me to such a mistake, where I indicated that I want the package to arrive as soon as possible. Regulaim changed this year and the untrained lady did not even know about it and assured me that she was right. Never again!
One star because it is impossible to zero. The disaster is the municipal post office and it operates for 5 hours a day, the service is also mediocre. You know you have to go, but do it as little as possible.
The worst post office service I have encountered.
