I have specially registered to add this negative, because this is not the first case of such a poor standard of customer service. Nice bank, everything beautiful, long hall, at least 6 boxes. Of course, there is only one cash desk, there is currently no person to open another (I always hear it when I am here). Credit as the most, card of course, selling other banking products the most. You want to deposit / withdraw cash you wait 30 minutes. Every second visit ends with kissing the door handle at all due to the message on the closed door "13:30 - 14:15 technical break - sorry". I will not mention poor internet banking, mainly system problems, and mistakenly, though unlawfully charged fees, which are not mentioned in the contract! Higher banking culture, but only in advertising!

Another visit and again the same. I don't have to wait as long as here. Additionally, the system did not work three times for four visits to the ward ...

Online is done, and I recommend going in the morning. As for the service itself, I think it is at a high level. Maybe you missed Nikodemie?
