Hello, I am a bank customer for several years. I wanted to pay a loan installment here in Jaworzno directly to the loan account. Lady at the counter "you can't ... have you signed the annex to the contract?" ... p.s. but in Zakopane in my location can be done without any idiotic miracles! I lost 15 minutes in line and the advice will NOT be paid on time !!! I do not recommend this facility no experience in customer service !!! "0" rating

Tragic service is not competent, I do not recommend doing anything here. I especially do not recommend a lady with a two-member name similar to the longest Polish river - she could not and could not do a simple account operation - I had to go to another branch in Imielin where they did it immediately. Very questionable quality of service and services. I strongly recommend going to another facility.
