A disrespectful approach to the customer, an incompetent SKP diagnostician, a car that is serviced on a regular basis has a tiny fault with which the car can normally function - it has not been inspected, and I found out about it when I received the registration certificate from the office. The diagnostician did not deign to inform me about it and did not show a fault (as it is in other SKP) during the examination.
And not to mention that: he did not check anything that needs to be checked during the Taxi test, lights, horn, fire extinguisher, etc ...
