Everything is nice, if not for the fact that the fish worth PLN 140, I am talking about the l200 algae eater died after an hour of staying in my aquarium (I bought 3, one died almost immediately, the rest is alive well) which has parameters for this perfect variety and in which such individuals live. After immediate notification, the shop owner, instead of proposing a truce, simply tries to whitewash and blame me for bad transport, bad acclimatization and bad parameters, and he keeps this variety in bad conditions for her, I will end here I do not want to make a bigger septic tank. i was the first and last time !! Edit: All the fish died after a week. Definitely avoid!

Długo się wahałem czy jechać do tego sklepu po przeczytaniu opini, jednak skusiłem się i pojechałem. Sklep jest czysty, przejrzysty dla klienta i posiada duży wybór zarówno ryb, roślin, ślimaków jak i akcesoriów. Obsługa wbrew niektórym opiniom na wysokim poziomie ( tu zgodzę się z właścicielem, jeżeli ktoś zachowuje się arogancko i uważa się za pępek świata to niestety nie może się spodziewać że drugi człowiek będzie bierny w takich sytuacjach). Ceny nie wygórowane. Na pewno jeszcze wrócę do tego sklepu. Polecam bo w tym sklepie znajdziemy wszystko do Naszego akwarium!!!

Unfortunately, the opinions are confirmed. A large selection of fish. Lots of unique items. However, the service ... Well ... Maybe he knows about fish, but customer service lies and squeals. An exceptionally arrogant gentleman tried to convince me that the chlorine in the water was sinking to the bottom, so the water for the changes should not be left aside until the chlorine evaporated. So, however, with chemistry not really. The second revelation according to this gentleman is that I do not boil roots, because in nature no one cooks roots. Sounds logical, right? Immediately afterwards, however, the gentleman adds proudly: the roots must be scalded twice! Revelation! Because in nature, the roots are burnt several times a day! If someone does not want to hear the nonsense opinions of a conceited seller, I recommend looking for another store. Greetings!

Unfortunately, all the fish bought there from this store started to fall one after another! 3 weeks after purchase, there was none left !! Some massacre! I have a ten-year-old aquarium with a permanent cast, where for many years there have been no diseases. Purchase before Christmas to enrich the fish stock. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND ADVISE. In addition, I think I came across a worse day for the seller in the store.

If only the service was more focused on people, and not so arrogant, the store would certainly earn more ... the seller is simply anti-minded from the beginning and confident that he has already eaten all his minds ... and this kind of ban on photography because the competition .. the bottom, especially when you need to agree with the household what to buy
