Unfortunately, in covid times, this bank is completely disorganized. There is a limit of people in a bank branch (which is understandable), but most are people waiting for cash service. As a result, only one employee serves the customers, while the rest are waiting for those outside. I suggest that you do not have waiting rooms inside the branch and thus serve customers with more employees. Otherwise, I suggest the owners to reduce the number of employees, because such a view only enrages unnecessarily waiting customers
