Little space for the client to feel at ease. Customer service okay, payouts cannot be received in denominations upon request.

A hopeless institution. The manager pretends that she does not see the queue of people to the cash register but walks in high heels. There are no deposits or withdrawals at the cash register / I know the definition of a cash register / but all other matters such as granting loans etc. and people are

The worst bank you can ever dream of. I have an account since 2016 and there was no visit without a problem. Service level is terrible. Every time they deposit currency they say that the money is destroyed even if there is a small line smaller than 2 mm. They do not want to share the regulations. Today I waited over an hour in the queue to service a wealthy customer because they receive friends without queues. I close all accounts. I highly recommend it.

This place is no longer there, therefore one star but the branch on the other side is very nice
