The ladies in the ward have no idea about anything. When canceling the suspended account, I made a transfer to my son for fees. Of course, despite the assurances of the lady from the branch, there were additional fees for some insurance, which I gave up when setting up the account ... in addition, a fee for text messages which had not been there for over half a year. Only after filing the complaint "graciously", after 30 days, the negative account was deleted and closed. This is the first bank where, when paying off a loan almost a year ahead of time, you pay an additional fee instead of getting an interest refund ... After all, the bank has to collect the additional PLN 50 for recommending the account to the next person upon resignation. I do not recommend an account in this bank.
