Car-BMW e39. Service - Replacement of gas cylinder (cylinder in a circle -> oval cylinder) At the beginning, after the car inspection, the service was priced at "within PLN 250-300". The car was to be picked up the next day at 11:00. The deadline by phone changed to 12:30. After arriving at the place, it turned out that instead of pulling the wire to the solenoid valve from under the bonnet (the previous cylinder did not have a solenoid valve), he found another in the trunk that matched his color. I will add that it was the cable from the audio amplifier that had been dismantled. When I asked if they could do it right, I learned that the mask could not be opened. The gentlemen did not know that each mask has additional protection that should be pulled to lift it, so when the mask opened, but it could not be opened completely, they decided to tug the handle in the car cabin until they broke the line. I raised the hood and left the car to finish. After three hours, I received a phone call saying that the installation was not in accordance with the regulations and how I would pay PLN 150 to the current 380! (How 380 I don't know) This will exchange copper wire for me. I picked up the car after three days, and when asked about the bonnet, the "boss" was upset and said that they hadn't moved the mask and I opened it, so it was my fault. Ultimately, after the adventure I paid 334 PLN and I have to change the cable (in Intercars, the cost of the cable is 89 PLN + exchange in another workshop about 50 PLN). I will add that before leaving the car I read the comments, but I thought that such a simple job could not be done. Well, I have a lesson, and I advise others to avoid the workshop with a wide arc. P.S. As for the scum of this pseudo workshop under my comment, I will answer that as the car had a delay in the technical examination (due to the replacement of the cylinder) it was sent for such a review to the provincial diagnostic station where it underwent rigorous tests without a problem. In addition, I will add that the connectors on the hose were assembled by you during the assembly of the new cylinder because, as stated in the previous installation, the hose was "6" and the new cylinder "8". It was these connectors that increased the cost of the service. And if you think that the car is a threat, why did you take the repair and put it on the road without reporting it to the relevant services? Safe beyond security?
