Oskar Schemat Palace located in the center of Sosnowiec on the Black Przemsza. Originally surrounded by a park, currently several dozen trees in a wildly overgrown square. The building looks impressive, unfortunately it is not allowed to visit inside, since the Second World War the seat of the court.

It is located in the city center on the eastern side of the Czarna Przemsza River. Built in the late 1800s in the style of eclecticism, on a plot purchased in 1885 by the Schoens family, from Sosnowiec industrialists, from count Mortimer-Tschischky. The Franz and Emma Schoen's palace was completed in 1903. A neo-gothic tower towering above the eclectic building. Among the interiors are: a huge hall with a staircase, a ballroom, a former library and a large dining room.
