Still in January 2020 service for 5 stars. Today without stars. Like a queue every two meters, but already at the windows in the corner patients touch their backs, and at the same time the card "enters the other" on the back. The unpleasant staff blaming the patient for such a condition who approached the previously opened window. The opening of the second should not take place at all when the service is not finished in the one ending the change. Lack of knowledge about the resources and apparatus owned disqualifies pharmacists. Especially those that are visible in showcases. The patient was sold a mask for children instead of adults and it was also the patient's fault, although she emphasized that it was to be a mask for her. I was disappointed at the pharmacy I recommended so far.

So far I have had good experience in contact with this pharmacy. However, what happened to me yesterday is beyond my head. I came only to pick up the second medicine packet I had ordered and complete the prescription. At the beginning, the lady who served me went to the computer and asked me to dictate her prescription code and PESEL to me throughout the shop (there were also people standing in line behind me). I had to repeat it twice. Then I heard that a pack of 60 tablets was put aside for me, but she can't give them to me, because the doctor prescribed 4 op. 28 pieces each and her friend gave me a packet of 60 pieces two days earlier. The answer was - no, because that packaging has already been entered into the system as completed. Instead of missing 52 tablets, they can only order one 28-pack. I am not going to humble myself again, I prefer to be left without medicine. I stand.

Well, maybe the prices are nice but the shelves seem to bend so many products and what I came for is not there and you did not even deign to propose that you order tomorrow ...
