The waiting time for delivery was supposed to be 70 minutes, it was almost 2 hours. Of course, I had to call the restaurant and ask for my order. As for the food itself - it is not overwhelming, not spiced, "sterile". There was a pork chop with cheese and mushrooms, 3 of which were mushrooms, and the cheese was grated and not even melted. Meat such as "gum" due to the fact that a hot dinner was in a plastic wrap for too long. I wish I could add a photo here. If you are very hungry and you do not have all day to wait for your order, I recommend ordering elsewhere.

He always tries to express his honest opinions and appreciate each restaurant. Unfortunately, this time a great disappointment - the order that was supposed to be at a specific time - arrived more than 1.5 hours later. I understand everything, but the lack of information for the waiting client is unacceptable to me. Other restaurants are always calling and reporting - but not here. If you are hungry, order elsewhere, because here no one will inform you about such a long delay. I put out 1/5 - the taste doesn't knock me down either :(

It is a complex restaurant plus guest rooms. The restaurant was closed for quarantine, but food was brought to the room. The accommodation was good for its price, but in the morning there was no heating or hot water in the room.

The ordered event turned out to be a flop. Even though it took place, it brought a lot of nerves and surprise that the manager deals with people as a necessary evil. Dinner was an hour late. Unlimited coffee turned out to be a fiction. We walked over to the store to buy coffee. Embarrassment. Something broke inside us. But it was still not good. We tried to find roasted meat. Everyone was looking but the manager made us realize that we had eaten for dinner. It wasn't like that in the contract, it was supposed to be an addition to the table. It smelled like a fraud to us. Quarrels began with the person who should take care of the image. In my opinion, unfortunately she confused the competition. It would be useful to train on a dishwasher for a period of at least 5 years, then maybe it would change its attitude towards the contract which, however, obliges to something. I ended up having a sharp exchange of views and a small cashback, but is the money worth the stress? And an appeal to Magda Gessler. Mrs. Magda - help. Here, in Sosnowiec, there are things that are hard to believe. Unfortunately, we were and we know it's true. We will be avoiding this pseudo restaurant.
