A few days ago I wanted to book a hotel room, after a phone conversation with the owner everything went well, but on the day of arrival if I did not make a phone call to the owner that in a moment I would be there I would not know that the reservation was not even made. Everything would be ok if the gentleman from the reception at least informed that I should not come. Unfortunately, a very unprofessional approach to guests, I certainly will not want to use the services of this hotel. I do not recommend đ
