Pizza ordered at 18:18, specified delivery time 1 hour. After more than an hour I call the place and it turns out that there will be a delay but unfortunately no one called me about this. The lady said on the phone that the pizza will be in 20 minutes, the supplier arrived at 19:45, we opened the pizza at home, it turned out that it was all burned ( we have photos). We called the premises. The lady over the phone said that the supplier would come with a new pizza and we had to return the burnt one to him. At 20:15 (i.e. the waiting time of 2 hours) we received a very tasty pizza. The only sad thing is that we had to wait so long and we didn't get any information that there would be a delay and a minus for the first burnt pizza. I will add that the driver was very polite.
