Overall okay but this mess of all things to buy ... Towels .. at the post office ??? Everyone plows as much as possible, but this is probably a slight exaggeration.

Hello, This institution is a total bottom, a store with pens and not a post office, the more a postal bank. The package did not arrive in Slovenia 20 days after shipment, I know that it is not the fault of the ladies in the window but at least I want to convey my view. Unfortunately, I forgot when I sent the documents there, they arrived after 17 days. I will point out that from Germany it arrives after 3-4 days. I will skip that one lady checks that it can't be sent, while the other one states that yes - after I declare it a shock that I can't send you EU !!!! Shipments. Standing in the queue after an hour, the outgoing gentleman states that he cannot withdraw the cash because the ladies have not collected (postal bank) and he gets from 5,000- 400 PLN ... "Czech Film". I will skip the thread that in general social paranoia COVID-19 the facility did not disinfect signing readers and probably did not have disinfectant fluid on March 20, 2020. Another absurdity is the shape of the package for shipment which must be the perfect "box" or else we will pay a fortune !! I don't blame you for service because they probably have to work in total "g" and keep opinions for themselves.

Since the office's working hours have changed, it would also be appropriate to post such information on the Internet so that people do not unnecessarily bounce off the door and do not walk twice ... # stay home

Always a problem with parcels from poorly packed (despite shipments from stellar and lenartovich mail identically packed) and prices always higher for the same (I think the weight is broken :))
