Service quality is poor. You can feel the atmosphere of the 90s where the customer did not count. Long waiting time in line. Someone can not stand it and comments not nice aloud - such an addition that you will not be bored in the queue. Often only 1 counter is open and the post office is probably the largest in the area. Poorly with the parking lot fencing where you could stand. The goods inside, like on the market, towels, cups, toys - what is it for. Probably imposed "from above" like a whole lot of books on the history of Poland from Mieszko to Jarek. I am still worried about why the post office does not issue receipts 🤔. It is good that they did not organize postal elections. At least they might get something wrong .... 😄

It is a mockery that the postman working in the area of Zagórze ul. Dmowski does not throw the first advice note into the mailbox. By a strange coincidence, after another time, a second notification is sent to the mailbox and only then can you find out that a letter should be picked up at the post office. I would like to add that in my case the parcel was from an important institution, so the postman did not bother to deliver it in person ("he did not knock on the door"), and the type of this registered parcel required him to attempt personal delivery despite the pandemic. In this way, you can lose time limits in the office, e.g. for submitting an appeal. This situation happened twice - it concerned two letters to me. So where does this notification go? The postman puts them wherever they go? I would like to add that once in my place of residence I saw a delivery note on the ground addressed to another neighbor. This is gross negligence!

If I hadn't been forced, I wouldn't have used these services at all. Soon there will be a meat station at the post office, because you can buy everything, but they do not deliver basic activities. They literally do not deliver parcels and letters to the post office and they throw a delivery note to people, because it is not possible to deliver them to the apartment. It is a pity that the money they take for delivery to the addressee, and not to the point. NEVER BY OWN WILL !!!

In this post they insult clients with invectives and then they are surprised that everyone has a grudge. I do not recommend it

The worst post office in Sosnowiec, I am coming for the 3rd day in a row and leaving the queue pouring out of the building, I will finally embrace and either hire more people during the morning shift, or let Grażynki and other Tereski move from the back office and sit in closed positions! Ps. Does anyone keep order here and admonish customers without masks ???
