They are unable to fulfill their basic obligation which is to advise parcels. And a man finds out only because he enters the website with the tracking of these parcels. And when you tell them this in the eye, they deny you lies. I sincerely hope it will eventually fall.

Total bottom. In December 2019 I sent a parcel abroad, INSURED in UP 10 in DG. Price - PLN 80. The package is missing. I have made a complaint. She was rejected because, according to Poczta Polska, she was not responsible for her. What does insurance give you? The post office offered me looking for a package myself and gave the phone number to ... china. After half a year the package was found and the postman brought it. Unfortunately, it was DAMAGED and the postman wanted a further PLN 132 fee. So for failing to complete the contract and total failure, the post office wished a total of over PLN 200. This relic of the PRL should be closed.

Total bottom. Post employees still mentally live in the PRL. It is better to use even the cheapest courier.

The attitude of the employees of the facility like any other official in relation to the petitioner, with the difference that we are clients for Poczta. The situation at least today ... Queue for the front door, one active position, the other two are sitting two ladies behind bars "closed position." One would like to shout, "shake off the mail, you have to face the client"
