The bottom and two meters of mud! Lazy women sit as if they were serving a sentence, and the opening hours on the internet and on the stamp are incorrect. Currently, the mail on Thursdays and Fridays is open from 14 to 20 I do not recommend.

Opening hours are a joke. Service with eternal focus, queues sometimes such that while waiting you can watch an episode of the series on netflix. Usually one window works.

I wanted to notice that the times of the Polish People's Republic (PRL) już are over and we have the 21st century, it's time to wake up because for now it's a failure with service and agreement, and the place needs renovation and it's fast.
