As in many reviews below: I cannot attach myself to the service at the post office. Everything runs smoothly in the facility. This week I should get parcels to my home address twice, but the courier did not honor us with his presence. There was always someone at home on the delivery dates. I do not remember a situation when I did NOT have to go directly to the facility to get my ordered things. Drama...

What can I say, handling the bottom of the line, please enter the parcel number, then the pouting lady turns off .. and forget that she will answer the phone again. Tomorrow will be a Virtual Advice because the Courier will not leave the paper because it will not be there. This is what your services look like and the parcels are on their way ... If only they are delivered in full

To get to this post is a nightmare! How many times I would not call, how do I get to some clinics .. nobody answers the phone .. I do not know what about the shipments ... complete failure .. it's a pity that you can not give negative stars. Because for me, they don't even deserve this one.

While I cannot fault the service at the post office, because I was always served as it should, the postman from my area is a total failure ... No package larger than an envelope of 10x15cm has reached me (I'm not talking about 'packs' here) , only in packs up to 200g). There is someone at home all the time, the postman does not even ring the doorbell, but just throws in the previously written note! As part of the test, I went to the facility to collect the parcel with the delivery note before the postman returned from the area. Of course, the parcel was not picked up by him for delivery. Today I am making a complaint.

Postmen do not deliver advice. I check the mailbox every day. Yesterday (15/10/20) I checked the mailbox and there was a note from 06/10. I don't think there is a company that performs such nightmarish services. You take money for delivering parcels. Of course, no one will answer the phone in the UP DG on Kościuszko.
