Stable Mirowo. Horse riding Bielsko-Biala

EDIT: The matter was clarified by the owner of the stables, compensation was offered and explanations were provided as to what led to this situation. The owner also ensured that appropriate changes will be made so that something like this does not happen again. Today I was on the first ride in this stable in my life. Unfortunately, my feelings about the lessons are very poor. One riding instructor plus a helping girl was assigned for 4 horses that were at the manege. I had to remind several times that this was my first lesson because I did not receive instructions on what to do and I was asked to stop the horse myself, where no one, either earlier or later until the end of the lesson, explained how to do it. Which is somewhat understandable with so many people riding one lecturer, the instructor was very stressed and irritated, she screamed and jerked the horse, which translated into a general nervous atmosphere among riders and horses. Another unpleasant surprise was the reduction of the agreed lesson time. From the agreed hour, it became 45 minutes, where part of this time was spent on standing and waiting for the task or just sitting on a horse that was led by an employee. I was also at the lesson with a friend who, again, for an unknown reason, traveled all the agreed time, i.e. 1 hour. Fortunately, the fee has been adjusted to the time that was used. After the lesson, I have an unpleasant feeling that I did not have much knowledge about riding, and after the first lesson I expected basic information about what to do and how. I also have the impression that this lack was caused by the fact that the person conducting the lessons was not an instructor. In addition, the atmosphere was very tense, and the person coordinating the number of riders, their level of advancement and the number of instructors should definitely put more emphasis on planning (as far as I know, the instructors themselves do not plan it), thus introducing a better atmosphere and reception of the whole place. Unfortunately, at the moment I will try to drive elsewhere.

I highly recommend this place. Lovely people, family atmosphere. My son has been learning to ride since May, he has never ridden a horse before, today he is 100% independent, and he is only 6 years old. Instructors with a great approach to both people and horses. Individual approach to each person made my son, from a closed and very shy child, open to people and more courageous. Staying in the stable gave him the opportunity to learn more about horses and their habits. The horses are tidy, the stable is clean. The variety of horse characters makes it possible to match the horse to the skills and character of the rider. You can see that the place is not focused only on profit, it is good atmosphere. Investments in equipment as well as in the surroundings of the stables can be seen with the naked eye.

I learned horse riding as an adult in several places, but here I feel good: no one is rushing me, no one is treating me like a child. Competent, nice instructor Jagna. I recommend it with all my heart. Ps. there are no field trips
