Over one hour waiting for food. There are 8main dishes and yet they can't make them fast enough. Never to visit again.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Please do not choose this place, because your stomach will suffer and it will cost you little money. Profanation of highlander cuisine. It is better to overload and choose delicious pubs, e.g. in Szczyrk (it saved us the evening). For 20 minutes we tried to order from the "menu" (A4 pages written chaotically, torn, falling out ...) dishes: 2x Russian dumplings and 2x pork loin on a potato pancake in boletus sauce. Nobody was interested in customer service (every customer !!!) After 10 minutes we got one serving of dumplings. After 25 minutes, we received the second portion of dumplings differently presented than the previous ones. After 50 minutes, the waitress, very confused, informed that they had no pies and we had to wait at least 30 minutes. We gave up and asked for a cash back ... the food has to be prepaid which I have never encountered before, proves the same for itself. Dumplings 18 PLN 8 pcs (!!!) were like from a bad frozen food, overcooked and served with a huge amount of SOME fat. Stuffing potato pulp tasteless. In addition, two of them have been cooked enough that only the edges of the dough are left of them. I regret every bite. Terrible food. The waitresses working there are under constant mobbing, or they really don't like and don't like this job. Behavior of manager towards employees terrible! It's not worth it, I don't recommend it!

One star for the location and appearance from the outside, otherwise a place not worth recommending. The service is completely uninterested in the guests, the prices are extremely exorbitant, the waiting time in an almost empty "restaurant" is a mockery of the customer (in our case 60 minutes plus 15 for pancakes, the order of which has been lost in the kitchen ...), and at the end the dishes are unpalatable, whatever and cold. Detriment.

If I read the previous comments from this place, because it is difficult to call it a restaurant, it would not end up with stomach problems for me. My husband and I ordered dumplings with meat (they were supposed to be with onions and there came something that resembled pieces of bacon) and pork chop with fried sauerkraut. It was tragic, the meat in the dumplings was broken, it was enough that I ate two so that my stomach could not stand it. The cutlet was thin and fried several times, it did not even smell like meat.

I did not eat there, but I do not recommend it with full conviction. The restaurant just has a nice location nothing else. We ordered a pork chop with fries and a salad after an hour and ten minutes, when we went to find out what about our order because no one approached us, I found out that it would be served in about 40 minutes, it was a shock. I didn't wait so long for food. Unfortunately we gave up and left hungry. No good manager, staff don't know what to do. Nightmare
