The service is not overwhelmed by what is being said to her. I am asking for a Euro-adapter, and the visitor checks the net how it looks and says "we do not have such adapters". I say okay and I am asking for a tp-link to powerline, and the guest goes to the back room and is looking for something in such small drawers in the back. Only when I gave him the exact designation of the product, and he checked on the net that I found out that they have, but about one hundred more expensive than is even at komputronik. I recommend if someone is looking for a specific audio adapter or a simple video.
