Please, Mr. Mimi Luk, as you wrote a little rust on the fender element is not the reason for the result of the negative technical examination that the car received (OJ 2015 item 776 with later amendments on page 6.2.10) and also "going under the prese ". We both know that other, much more serious defects have been detected in the car (according to the OJ, significant defects) resulting in a negative result. Therefore, please do not write information and opinions that are not true.
I encourage you to remove the defects, but the real ones, detected during the test, listed in the certificate (not the delicate corrosion of the mudguard) and I invite you for a correction test.
As a colleague wrote the pity of nerves how it is not for what to find it is necessary to find something ....
