Tragedy. Deaf phone
The ladies in registration do not answer the phone, after arriving at the clinic, it turns out that they will stand and talk about private things. And this is not the place for such conversations. They ask patients what's wrong with the other patients in the waiting room, first of all I don't know who these ladies consider themselves or maybe they are a doctor, and secondly there is some privacy. I don't think they know their work. There is even a problem to photocopy one page from the file, it takes literally 3 minutes, but pick up should be the second day.
