I called the store asking if a given phone model was available (it was especially about the color, which is difficult to access), the seller (man) informed me that, of course, they have TWO pieces, one of which is displayed in the store (display), and the other is packed in its original box. After asking whether, when making a reservation through the Neonet website, it will be left for me, the answer was quoted "if you book a telephone via the website, I cannot sell it to anyone else". Arriving the next day to pick up the order, it turned out that this phone is not there, because apparently someone else also booked it in the online store with an hourly pick-up (me too), where the reservation is valid the day it was made and the next day until 8 p.m. So the question is. How come 3 phones of this color were in the store at once, two of which landed (the same color) for display? Instead of, for example, one piece of silver and the other blue. The saleswoman started offering me a phone from the exhibition, telling me that these phones are not connected to the power supply, etc. Well, but there are a lot of people in such shops who touch these phones, etc. How do I know that when I come home, after a few hours or days the phone will not break. Secondly, why should I buy the goods from the display for the same money as the goods originally packed? I am very disappointed with the attitude of the sellers. Because it is a phone that is really hard to find in this color and how I was lied to telling me that someone else bought this phone, although I was guaranteed that they could not sell it to another person as soon as I booked it, and the fact was probably that someone he confused the cardboard boxes by lining up the second telephone at the exhibition, thinking it was blue. And by the way, I should be informed by phone that the goods I want to buy are from the display. I only wasted time and money traveling to the store (30 km one way).

The shop is small as is the parking lot and the amount of goods available. The staff resembles the living dead, not only with their behavior, but also with the level of intelligence. If someone approaches you, you'll end up proposing something that is often much more expensive than what you are looking for. When it comes to more complicated matters, the service often fails and they call the manager. In addition, the prices are exorbitant or the same as in other stores (other stores of this type have a larger range and lower prices).
